At Eleventhree, we craft authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas with the same dedication we bring to our beers. Each 12" pizza is handmade to order in our 500°C oven, using premium ingredients like San Marzano DOP tomatoes and Fior di Latte cheese.

We're intentionally small – just a dedicated pizzaiolo and assistant – ensuring every pizza meets our exacting standards. Our dough rests for 24 hours before being transformed into your perfect pizza. While each pie cooks in just 90 seconds at 500°C, during busy times the wait can stretch to 20+ minutes as we craft each pizza individually.

This isn't fast food—it's an invitation to slow down, explore our craft beer selection, and embrace the authentic pizzeria experience. Where fine pizza is worth the wait. 🍺
