    Get ready for a holiday treat that reimagines the classic pecan pie! We have taken your favorite recipe up a notch by infusing this imperial stout with toasted pecans, two types of cinnamon, brown sugar, maple syrup from our friends @sugarbushcreekfarm, and real vanilla beans.

    12% Imperial Peanut Butter Cup S’more Pastry Stout

    Step into campfire season with our decadent stout, conditioned on Reese’s peanut butter cups, honey graham crackers, and roasted, freeze-dried marshmallows from our friends @sweetsonthesquare. Thick, rich, and reminiscent of a peanut butter cup s’more...the only way a s’more should be eaten!

    6.5% Fruited Kettle Sour

    A smoothie style Berliner-style weisse blended with a delicious amount of cranberries and orange Dole Whip.

    6.5% Pastry Sour Ale

    Introducing our newest kettle sour, a fusion of your cherished Starburst flavors, now transformed into a luscious dole whip experience, featuring cherry, orange, lemon, and strawberry. The magic continues as this beer illuminates under the black lights!

    GRANDMA’S PUMPKIN ROLL
    7.4% Imperial Pastry Ale with Pumpkin Rolls

    Abundantly filled with velvety cream cheese pumpkin rolls and a hint of milk sugar, delivering an irresistibly smooth and creamy texture. Conditioned with a delectable blend of two cinnamon varieties, candied ginger, nutmeg, and meticulously scraped vanilla beans. This pastry ale is a creation that even Grandma herself would be proud of!

    8% Imperial pastry ale with real pumpkin pies

    Our first pumpkin pie pastry ale of the season, meticulously crafted by infusing 113 pounds of genuine pumpkin pies and luscious milk sugar, and then artfully conditioned with a lavish blend of cinnamon, candied ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla beans!

    I GOT THE KEY-KEY-KEY LIME
    6.5% Fruited Kettle Sour

    Key Lime Pie Sour Honey Ale in brewed and blended with Kosmosis Mead Co. This sour ale is made with honey from Schneider Apiary and has been conditioned on key limes, graham crackers, vanilla beans, and cinnamon, giving it a unique and delightful flavor profile.

    8.5% New England Style IPA

    We have been watching, waiting, and researching some of the most elusive beer ingredients and are excited to drop our next set of cans with Phantasm! We aggressively double dry hopped this hazy with Citra, Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic, and Simcoe and added a pound per barrel of Phantasm! A thick, juice bomb with the added citrus component from the Phantasm powder derived from New Zealand Marlborough Sauv Blanc grapes.

    Latest Double dry-hopped NEIPA collaboration with our friends at Mountain Layers Brewing with all Mosaic & Mandarina Bavaria hops providing a citrus combination bursting with tangerines.
